On the mend....
I thought that I should probably give everyone an update since my last two posts seemed a little negative. I spent three days last week on the sofa because I was too sick to go to work. This was very hard for me since I feel like I've got one million things to do. However it was also a very good way to force me to relax. Funny how things like that work out huh?
Some encouraging things that are taking place right now that are lightening my stress load:
1. There are loads of changes going on at church. This is encouraging to me because I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to slide out of some of my current roles and focus on the ones that I feel like I'm being called to.
2. The support group that I co-lead is running again. I always enjoy this because it helps me on my own journey and I love watching others grow as well. It's also good for accountability and a safe place to be honest with others who get it.
3. I just spent the last three hours typing out a letter that I will mail tomorrow. It's time for me to be honest with someone in my life and this became evident in my last counselling session. So as brutal as it was typing the letter I now feel a lot better.
4. I'm feeling better health wise..... yay!
5. My ever patient husband who loves me unlike anyone else and is here for me no matter what mood I'm in :)
6. I'm feeling His presence more and more again....finally!

I am happy to hear that my special friend is doing good. I think of you often. Maybe we will touch base soon.

Anonymous #2- (perhaps the same person?) I didn't get a response from the letter that I sent out because it needs to go far far away. I'll write more about it later. I just didn't want the person who was receiving the letter to find out that one was on the way form my blog. Make sense? Thanks for checking in though!
